How a project runs, step by step.
This is how we take client projects from a first conversation to a product people use, the same way we build our own apps.
1. Talk
You tell us what you want to build and why. We ask about your users, your deadline and what already exists.
- What you get
- A written scope with features, platforms and an estimate.
- What we need from you
- Around an hour of your time, and any documents or designs you already have.
2. Prototype
We design the key screens and join them into a clickable prototype, so the idea can be tested before it's built.
- What you get
- A prototype you can tap through on your phone and share with others.
- What we need from you
- Feedback on the screens, and a decision on what goes into the first release.
3. Build
We build in short cycles. Each cycle ends with a working version you can install or open and try for yourself.
- What you get
- Test builds on your devices and a running list of what's done and what's next.
- What we need from you
- Timely answers to questions, plus accounts and content such as copy, prices and images.
4. Launch
We prepare everything a release needs: store listings, screenshots, hosting, analytics and a final check on real devices.
- What you get
- Your app live on the App Store, Google Play or the web.
- What we need from you
- Your developer accounts, or approval for us to publish under our own.
5. Look after
After launch we fix what users report, keep up with new iOS and Android versions, and add features as you need them.
- What you get
- Updates, fixes and improvements for as long as you want us involved.
- What we need from you
- Your priorities for what comes next.

Tell us about your project and we'll come back with questions.
